Export to PDFYou can enable drift notification for a tenant, which will send a notification email to the specified partners if the detected configuration deviations have not been processed after a specified number of days.
To enable drift notification for a tenant, on the Tenants page, select the tenant and click Manage > Manage drift notification. In the pop-up window, select a workflow, which defines the trigger of the notification email and the email recipients, and click Save. Multiple selections are allowed. If there is no desired workflow, click Create workflow to create a new workflow on the Workflow page. For detailed instructions on creating a workflow, refer to Workflows.
Once drift notification is enabled for a tenant, the Drift notification column value will be updated to Enabled. By clicking the value, you can find the workflows applied to the tenant. Clicking a workflow name will open the Workflow > Workflow details page where you can view detailed information and update the workflow if needed.
To disable drift notification for a tenant, on the Tenants page, select the tenant and click Manage drift notification. In the pop-up window, deselect the checkboxes of the applied workflows, and click Save. The Drift notification column value will be updated to Disabled.
