Create a Campaign

    Refer to the following steps to create a campaign:

    1. On the Change management communication page, click Create campaign.

    2. In the Basic information step, complete the following information:

      • Campaign name – Enter a name for this campaign.

      • Description – Enter an optional description for this campaign.

      • Tenant – Select a target tenant from the drop-down list. If this campaign applies to multiple tenants, you may select all applicable tenants.

      • Campaign location – Select Email.

    3. Click Next.

    4. In the Scope settings step, you can define the scope in the following ways:

      If multiple tenants have been selected above, each tenant will have its own scope settings. Click the Expand (Button: expand) button of a tenant to expand the section and then complete the scope settings accordingly.

      • All users – If you want to send an email to all users within the tenant you selected above, select this option.

      • Specific scope – If you want to send an email exclusively to specific users and groups within the tenant you selected above, select this option.

        • In Select users, select the desired users. The names and email addresses of the selected users are listed below.

        • In Select groups, select the desired groups. The names and email addresses of the selected groups are listed below.

          *Note: Only groups that allow people outside the organization to email the group will appear in the drop-down list.

        If you do not want to send an email to a user or group, you can click the Remove (button: Remove) button next to the user or group to remove it from the list.

      • Import scope – If you have multiple email addresses at hand, you can select Import scope to import these email addresses. Click Download template to download a template, complete the email addresses offline, and then upload the template back to the system when ready.

    5. Click Next.

    6. In the Email content step, select an option:

      • Email template – If this campaign targets end users of the workspace management module, guiding on to request a workspace via a provisioning template, select this option, and then select an email template from the drop-down list. Elements provides a built-in email template named Workspace provisioning instructions. Users can also create custom email templates with this built-in email template type in Settings > Email template > To customer’s end users.

      • Activity – If you want to add activities as the email content, select Activity. Click Add activity to add an activity.

        You can add multiple activities one by one. After adding an activity, you can click the Edit (Button: Edit) button to edit the activity or click the Delete (button: Delete) button to delete the activity.

        In the Add activity window, complete the following information, and click Save.

        • Activity name – Enter the activity name.

        • Content – Enter the activity details. You can use rich text to enhance the content’s appearance, such as uploading an image or adding a hyperlink, etc., making it more readable and organized.

        • Start date and time – Select the start date and time of the activity.

        • End date and time – Select the end date and time of the activity.

      • Logo settings – If you choose to send emails with activities, you can choose a logo for the emails.

        • Select Same as branding logo if you want to use the branding logo for emails. You can find the branding logo in Settings > Notification > Branding logo.

        • Select Customer’s logo if you want to use the customer’s logo for emails.

          *Note: Make sure a customer logo has been uploaded when onboarding the customer. If this customer does not have a logo configured, emails sent to end users will only display the customer's organization name.

    7. Click Preview to preview the campaign. Click Close to exit the preview page.

    8. When everything is fine, you can click Save to save the campaign. The campaign status is Not sent.

    9. If you want to send the email notification to the email addresses right now, you can click Save and send email. The campaign status is Sent.
