Create Service Tickets

    Service tickets can be created on the ConnectWise service boards when any of the following alerts are detected in customer tenants by Elements.

    - Backup job failed (Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365) - Backup job finished with exceptions (Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365) - ConnectWise sync job failed - Customer subscription will expire - High risk items detected

    On the ConnectWise page, click Ticket creation to configure the ticket creation settings.

    - **Enable**/**Disable** – Turn on/off the button in the **Enable** column of an alert to configure if you want to create service tickets when the alert is detected. You can select desired alerts and click the **Enable**/**Disable** button to configure them. - **Edit** – To edit the information of the service tickets that will be created in ConnectWise for each alert, click the edit (![Button: edit](/en/cloud-governance-administrator-guide/use-the-modern-cloud-governance-admin-center/manage-dynamic-services/settings/images/image291.png "Button: edit")) button in the **Edit** column of an alert. Edit the service board, ticket type, ticket status, and ticket priority for the alerts, and then click the save (![Button: save](/en/cloud-governance-administrator-guide/use-the-modern-cloud-governance-admin-center/manage-dynamic-services/settings/images/image292.png "Button: save")) button to update the settings.
