Export to PDFTo stop a campaign, select the campaign with the Exception or Active status, click Stop, and then click Stop in the confirmation window. The status of the campaign is changed to Stopped.
*Note: You can stop an Exception campaign only when there is at least one active tenant in the campaign.
If the end date and time of a campaign is reached, the status of the campaign will be automatically updated to Stopped.
