Export to PDFRefer to the following steps to edit an AD naming profile:
On the AD naming profiles page, click the name of an AD naming profile to open the AD naming profiledetails page appears.
Under the Basic tab, you can edit the profile name, description, and its tenant scope.
Under the Configurations tab, entry types are displayed.
External user – This entry will be used when you want to mark a user as an external user.
Service account – This entry will be used when you want to mark a user as a service account.
Deleted user – This entry will be used when you want to mark a user as a deleted user.
Functional role – This entry will be used when you want to mark a security group as a function role.
System user – This entry will be used when you want to mark a user as a system user.
System group – This entry will be used when you want to mark a group as a system group.
Application group – This entry will be used when you want to mark a group as an application group.
To edit an entry type, click the entry type to open the Configuration details page, where you can edit the filter, prefix and suffix of the entry type. Click Apply changes to apply the changes.
Under the Audit logs tab, you can find all action records performed to the AD naming profile.
