#Create a License Unit Cost Profile

Refer to the following steps to create a license unit cost profile:

1. On the License unit cost profiles page, click Create license unit cost profile in the upper-right corner. The Create license unit cost profile page appears.

2. In the Basic information step, complete the following information:

   • Profile name – Enter a name for this profile.

   • Description – Enter an optional description for future reference.

   • License unit cost method – Select a license unit cost method:

     • Price directly – Select this option if you want to price license directly.

     • Price with marketplace reference – When a customer’s tenant is connected to a marketplace, you can select this option to use the marketplace price as a reference to determine the per-unit license cost.

3. Click Next.

4. If you select Price directly in the step above, you need to complete the following information in the License management step:

   1. Currency – Select a currency for licenses in this profile.

   2. Click Add license to add licenses to this profile.

   3. In the license pricing table, the added licenses are displayed. You need to enter the monthly license price charged to the customer for each license.

5. If you select Price with marketplace reference in the step above, you need to complete the following information in the License management step:

   1. Marketplace – Select a marketplace.

   2. Reseller – Select a reseller.

   3. Currency – Select a currency for licenses in this profile.

   4. Price increase percentage (%) – You can enter a percentage to apply a proportional price adjustment to the customer’s license price, calculated based on the reseller ‘s license price.

      *Note: All of the existing license prices will remain unchanged.

   5. Click Add license to add licenses to this profile.

   6. In the license pricing table, the added licenses are displayed, and the reseller’s license prices retrieved from the marketplace are displayed. If you have applied a proportional price adjustment before, the customer’s monthly license prices will be displayed. You may manually modify the customer’s license prices if needed.

6. Click Save.
