    The following features are in preview in the AvePoint tyGraph insider environment, and they will be available in the commercial environment on the general availability dates. For additional technical information on the new functionality and known issues in this release, see the Release Notes.

    • Added Data retention settings that allow administrators to control how long tyGraph data is retained for each module. This helps support long-term trend analysis while balancing performance, with 36 months of retention included by default.

    • Added the Engage campaigns report in Report center > Viva Engage. You can now create campaigns based on topics and hashtags, then track performance using insights such as posts, impressions, sentiment, audience impact, campaign trends, and most impactful threads by topic.

    • Added the Publish action for dashboards you create, so you can publish dashboards to all users in the tenant.

    • Updated user management with a Delegated role section, including Clear data viewer, Site sponsor, and Dashboard publisher roles for scoped access control.

    • SharePoint report enhancements in Report center:

      • The Site overview report now includes Search query and Search result clicks insights, helping you understand what users search for and which results they interact with most.

      • Added the Sites by sensitivity label chart in the Site inventory report. You can click a sensitivity label to filter the Engaged site collection activity chart and focus on sites with that label.

      • Updated the Site engagement report with the Engaged users chart, which shows engagement levels by user property to highlight your most active user groups.
