    Personal Data Protection

    By default, AvePoint tyGraph collects all personal information for its reports. However, administrators can define their preferred level of data protection through the data privacy settings. Additionally, standard users have the option to opt out of having their user information collected for reports.

    Navigate to Settings > Personal data protection, and you can enable or disable personal data collection by turning the Personal data collection toggle on/off. By disabling personal data collection, you may opt out of having your personal data included in reports.

    Note the following:

    - If the tenant-level data privacy setting is configured as "Clear", your personal information will be displayed in reports - If the tenant-level data privacy setting is configured as "Obfuscate", your personal information will be obfuscated. - If the tenant-level data privacy setting is configured as "Opt-out", your personal information will be opted out.
