Upgrading from Legacy tyGraph to AvePoint tyGraph
AvePoint is transitioning users from their legacy tyGraph environment to the new AvePoint tyGraph. With AvePoint tyGraph, you will get exciting new features including new reports, user management, and self-service configuration. It has all the same capabilities as your existing legacy tyGraph environment does today. In addition, the AvePoint environment has certifications including SOC2, IRAP, and ISO 27001 which you can review in our Trust Center.
The following table lists all the steps that occur during the migration and who is responsible for each step. We’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth upgrade experience.
