#Copilot Adoption

Copilot experiences integrated across Microsoft 365 applications streamline the digital workplace for enhanced task management and collaboration. This report will help you to understand the ROI of the Copilot license purchase and measure adoption levels of your organization.

Administrators can assess their companies’ maturity and identify productivity opportunities by benchmarking against others. These benchmarks will be included in Copilot web-based reports for companies that have opted-in to Copilot benchmarking. For details on opting-in to Copilot benchmarking, refer to Benchmarking.

Under Reports > Copilot adoption, you can view the following reports on separate pages:

• Active users

• Adopted users

• Assigned licenses

• Prompts

All visuals in the Copilot report pages support exporting data to CSV or XLSX formats, allowing report users to download and analyze insights for deeper reporting or sharing.

If your company has opted in to Copilot benchmarking, you can view the visuals with the benchmarking data by turning on the Benchmarking toggle on the report pages.
