User Profile
In User profile, you can view and manage the user properties collected from Microsoft Entra ID, Extension attributes, and Directory extensions.
For the user properties in User profile, you can perform the following actions:
- **Rename** – Locate a user property and click Rename, and you can set a friendly name for this property. By setting a clear and descriptive name, you make it easier for users to find and understand the property in reports.
- **Show/Hide** – You can define whether to display the specific user properties in reports.
- **Include/Exclude** – You can define which user properties can be collected and analyzed. Excluded properties will not be displayed in reports or used as the source data for custom attributes.
- You can define the user extension attributes you care about the most for tyGraph to collect, if you want to filter out specific extension attributes for reporting data to speed up your scan job. To define the directory extension attributes for tyGraph to collect, complete the following configurations:
-
Under the Directory extensions section, click Configure attributes.
1. Select one or multiple applications to display their attributes
2. Select one or multiple extension attributes to collect. You can choose whether to display the attributes in the report by turning on/off the **Show** toggle. Additionally, you can define a friendly name for the attribute.
3. Click **Save**.

-
Upload the import file to your SharePoint tenant.
-
Copy the link of the import file and paste it into the field in this panel.
-
Click Save.
