Export to PDFIn Custom property, you can customize the properties using the following methods based on your requirements:

You can define a rule for splitting a property into multiple values if the default name is confusing for users to recognize in reports.
To create a rule-based property, configure the following settings:
Go to the Custom property page and click Add new property.
In step 1 Add property, select Rule-based as the custom method to create a property, and then click Next to proceed to step 2.
In step 2 Select data, enter a name for the new property and select a source property from the existing user properties. Click Next to proceed to step 3.
In step 3 Set rule, enter a delimiter to split your property into multiple values such as a dot. Specify the position number to extract your desired value from the source property data as the new property value. You can view the sample data by clicking the Randomize button. Click Next to proceed to step 4.

In step 4 Confirm, review the rule you just created. Click Save to complete the configurations for the rule-based property.
To create a lookup property, configure the following settings:
Go to the Custom property page and click Add new property.
In step 1 Add property, select Create a lookup table as the custom method to create a property, and then click Next to proceed to step 2.
In step 2 Define property, enter a name for the new property and select a source property from the existing user properties. Click Next to proceed to step 3.
In step 3 Import, upload a file to SharePoint and paste the file link. Ensure the "Source" and "Lookup" columns are included in the file and they must be in the specified order. Click Next to proceed to step 4.
In step 4 Confirm, review the new property to create. Click Save to complete the configurations for the lookup property.
You can create user properties by importing a SharePoint file in the specified format.
To create import properties, configure the following settings:
Go to the Custom property page and click Add new property.
In step 1 Add property, select Import as the custom method to create a property, and then click Next to proceed to step 2.
In step 2 Import, upload a file to SharePoint, enter a name for the source file, and paste the file link. Ensure the first column is "Email" and the other expected properties are in other columns in the file. Click Next to proceed to step 3.
In step 3 Select data, select the user properties that you wish to import from the file. Click Next to proceed to step 4.
In step 4 Confirm, review the user properties you selected to import from the file. Click Save to complete the configurations for the import properties.
