About AvePoint tyGraph

AvePoint tyGraph provides a console for IT and Communications teams with deep insights into Microsoft 365 engagement, helping them make more informed decisions and optimize their communications through these platforms. With the help of tyGraph, administrators will be able to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure the security and integrity of the system more effectively. They can also define the access level to sensitive data and ensure that business users have access only to the reports that are necessary for them to perform their job duties. Finally, communications teams can share insights with content owners and campaign managers, allowing them to focus on the most effective communication methods.

This guide details how to view reports and configure settings in AvePoint tyGraph. For additional guidance or troubleshooting, please contact AvePoint Support via the Invite support option within the Help & Resources pane.

In tyGraph, the following actions can be performed:

- Click **Help** **& Resources** on the left navigation pane, and then select an option from the following: - **Invite support** – Invite the support team to help you with issues in your services. For additional details, refer to [Submit Feedback](https://cdn.avepoint.com/assets/webhelp/avepoint-online-services/index.htm#!Documents/submitfeedback.htm). - **User guide** – Access the AvePoint tyGraph user guide. - **AvePoint** – Navigate to the AvePoint website. - **What’s** **new** – View new features and improvements of various versions. - Click your account on the upper-right corner of the page, and you can take the following actions: - Click the username to view your profile. - Click **Enable demo mode** to explore the functionality of tyGraph using demo data. - Click **Sign out** to sign out of your account. - To go to another online service, click the service name from the service menu on the left side of the navigation pane. The service interface will be opened in this tab. - Click the Chat button in the upper-right corner to chat with Ava, an AvePoint virtual assistant that provides instructions and answers to your questions. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

Integration with Ava

AvePoint tyGraph offers integration with Ava, an AvePoint virtual assistant that provides instructions and answers to your questions. You can click the Chat button in the upper-right corner and try to interact with Ava and receive guidance.

On your first visit to Ava, the Provisions window will appear. To use the AI features of this product, you need to acknowledge and agree that we may process submitted data through OpenAI’s technology for analysis and service optimization. All data processing will strictly comply with our privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations. Click Accept to start using Ava.
