    Copilot Prompt Exclusion

The Copilot prompt exclusion feature allows administrators to exclude specific users or sensitive phrases from prompt reporting. This will ensure that prompts from identified users or on sensitive subjects are not included in reports, enhancing data privacy and security. Users who might be excluded could include executive or legal teams. Sensitive strings might include information about acquisitions or financials.

To configure which users or strings to exclude from prompt reports, click Copilot prompts on the left navigation pane and then refer to the following instructions:

    1. Select a tenant to configure the Copilot prompt exclusion for.

    2. Click Edit and configure the following settings:

      • Copilot prompt user exclusion – Enter the usernames or email addresses to add users you want to exclude from the Copilot prompts report.

      • Copilot prompt string exclusion – Enter the keywords to add strings to exclude specific topics from the Copilot prompts report.

    3. Click Save to save the configurations.
