#How is AvePoint tyGraph different from legacy tyGraph?

AvePoint tyGraph is now a part of the AvePoint Confidence Platform. The Confidence Platform is a unified suite of all AvePoint products. AvePoint tyGraph has all the functionality of tyGraph legacy with the addition of new web interfaces for reporting, configuration, and user management.

#Does AvePoint tyGraph offer feature parity with our current tyGraph legacy deployment?

Yes. AvePoint tyGraph has all the same features in Power BI and Pages web parts that legacy tyGraph has.

#Is AvePoint continuing to invest in Power BI?

Yes. We will continue to invest in our core Power BI workloads. An example of this is the new tyGraph for the Microsoft Copilot Adoption report.

#What does AvePoint tyGraph have that tyGraph legacy doesn’t?

Users will gain access to new features exclusive to AvePoint tyGraph including new reports, benchmarking, and AI insights and recommendations that surface key insights without the need for Power BI. Additionally, there are self-service administrative capabilities such as auto-provisioning and harvesting, user management, and data protection configuration.

#Why are we transitioning to AvePoint tyGraph?

AvePoint wants to provide a unified experience for users to use all AvePoint products. By integrating tyGraph into the Confidence Platform we can take advantage of a simplified data collection and data storage model that benefits all users.
