#Cense Integration

tyGraph integrates with Cense to help you quickly understand license usage and make changes based on real user activity. Using Pulse and Copilot reports, administrators can quickly identify users who are actively using their licenses and those who are not. License changes can be made through the Cense integration, helping you optimize license usage and reduce unnecessary costs.

Refer to the instructions below to manage Copilot licenses with Cense:

• Copilot adoption > Active users report – Manage licenses for one-time users.

  Click the percentage of one-time users on the Report overview card to open the panel. Filter users by email, select one or more users, and then click Manage Licenses to open the License report page in Cense, where you can manage licenses for the selected users.

• Copilot adoption > Assigned licenses report – Manage licenses for the following users: High probability adopters, Users that only summarized meetings, Non-users, and Unlicensed users.

  Click the percentage of users on the Report overview card to open the panel. Filter users by email, select one or more users, and then click Manage Licenses to open the License report page in Cense, where you can manage licenses for the selected users.

• Pulse > License enablement – Manage licenses for licensed blocked users.

  Use the user email property to filter the reporting data. In the Licensed blocked users report, select one or more users, then click Manage Licenses to open the License report page in Cense, where you can manage licenses for the selected users.
