#Stream Video Overview

The SharePoint Stream video overview report provides a consolidated view of how video content is created, stored, and consumed across Microsoft Stream. It includes key metrics on video usage, engagement, creators, viewers, and storage to help organizations understand the overall health and effectiveness of their video content library.

For videos with no activity or exceeding 30 minutes, you can Manage videos with Opus to save storage and archive videos.

You can view the statistics of each video and click the link to access the details page. The following metrics are available for analysis.

• Top videos – Displays the most watched videos based on unique viewers. Click the video title to view the detailed analytics including unique/total viewers over time and video viewer list.

• Low-usage videos – Displays the videos with no activity. Click the video title to view the detailed analytics including unique/total viewers over time and video viewer list. You can save storage and archive the videos with Opus. To use this feature, you must have an active AvePoint Opus subscription.

• Long-form videos – Displays the videos exceeding 30 minutes in length, sorted by video duration. If your storage costs are higher due to these long-form videos, you can archive the videos with Opus. To use this feature, you must have an active AvePoint Opus subscription.

• Top video creators – Displays the creators of top 50 Stream videos.

• Top video viewers – Displays the top 50 videos ranked by the number of users who viewed the content.

• Videos watched over time – Total number of unique videos watched by unique viewers per day.
