#Analytics Parameters

Administrators can customize parameters for tyGraph embedded Power BI reports to better scale for large tenants. By filtering sites and adjusting date ranges, reports can be tailored to organizational size and performance needs, delivering focused insights without sacrificing usability.

Complete the following steps to configure parameters:

1. Navigate to Settings > Analytics parameters.

2. Locate the tenant that you want to configure report module parameters for. Each module may have different parameter options.

3. Select a module and click the edit button to open the Edit panel.

4. Configure the parameter setting. You can customize the settings by narrowing the date ranges or specifying site collections. Customizing these parameters helps tailor reports for large tenants, ensuring that the data remains focused and relevant for your organization.

5. When you finish, click Save.
