Post-upgrade for AvePoint tyGraph involves managing report access via Entra ID groups, updating Power BI connections and tyGraph Pages Web Parts (with Role Based Access Controls), and granting permissions.

#Delegate Report Access

AvePoint tyGraph includes new user management features that enable granting access to reports and web parts to individual users and groups. Existing Entra ID Groups in your organization can be used, or new ones can be created to grant access to specific reports or web parts. For users of the tyGraph Pages Site Analytics web parts, this step must be performed prior to installation.

#Grant Permission to Reports

Select one or more roles when adding or editing a user or group. See Add/Edit Users for more information.
