• Best owner identification has been improved by automatically enabling your data for model training and analytics, delivering faster, more reliable ownership insights.

• Cense integration with tyGraph enables you to easily monitor license utilization and take actions based on user activities. With Pulse and Copilot adoption reports, administrators can quickly identify which users are actively using their licenses and which are not. Through this integration, you can adjust licenses directly, helping to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary expenses.

• SharePoint report enhancements in Report center:

  • The Sites that I own report has been renamed to Sites overview. The Site overview report provides a list of sites accessible to business users who are either site owners or site sponsors.

  • Added a Sites shared with me report page, allowing you to see all the sites that have been shared with you.

  • Added a Stream video overview report page that provides a consolidated view of Stream video usage and enables video management in AvePoint Opus.

  • The Stream video analytics report has been renamed to Stream video engagement. Added Low-usage videos metrics in this report.

• Community overview report enhancements in Report center:

  • A new engagement benchmark table rates communities using the MAE per active user metric in the Community overview report. Communities are automatically classified from Excellent to Poor, enabling quick identification of highly engaged communities and those requiring attention.

  • New member growth charts highlight the conversations and contributors that attract the newest members.

• Analytics parameters for tyGraph embedded Power BI reports lets you to filter sites and adjust date ranges to improve performance and scale for large tenants.

• You can now automatically create and manage user properties based on Microsoft 365 Group membership. This feature removes the need for manual property assignment, ensuring user attributes stay up to date as group memberships change.

• To prepare for Microsoft’s Content Security Policy (CSP) enforcement starting March 1, 2026, a notification has been added to alert users to ensure required CDN domains are added to the Trusted script sources in the SharePoint admin center. This helps prevent blocked scripts or data collection failures.
