Release Date for the Commercial Environment: June 15, 2025

• Through the Analytics > Report management page, administrators can now seamlessly integrate custom Power BI reports directly into the tyGraph interface using embed URLs. This centralizes reporting analytics, enabling unified access for stakeholders across your organizations.

• Copilot analysis has been enhanced with Azure OpenAI integration. Administrators can now enable Azure OpenAI services for managed tenants to automate Copilot prompt categorization and generate AI-driven recommendations based on report data. These insights support data-backed decision-making and trend identification while ensuring that your data is never used to train AI models.

• Benchmarking signals have been expanded across Report center > Copilot adoption report pages and Benchmarking > Copilot adoption report page to provide deeper insights into organizational adoption and comparative performance.

  • Benchmarking > Copilot report updates:

    • Added the Average prompt length card. Longer prompt length shows higher prompt maturity.

    • Added Prompt type % bar chart to show the percentage of prompts in the given category in relation to the total number of prompts during the reporting period.

    • Added the Global active users trend % line chart and Global licensed users trend % line chart to evaluate your organization’s Copilot active user/licensed user percentage and trends in comparison to the benchmark.

  • Report center updates:

    • All visuals in the Copilot report pages now support exporting data to CSV or XLSX formats, allowing administrators to download and analyze insights for deeper reporting or sharing.

    • Added the Report overview section to each Copilot adoption report page.

    • Added the Users that only summarized meetings card and Meeting summary only by bar chart to the Copilot adoption > Assigned licenses report to show the number of unique users who have only engaged in meeting summary prompts and their distributions based on selected user attribute.

    • Moved the Non-users card to the Assigned licenses page from Adopted users.

    • Added Average number of prompts per user card to the Copilot adoption > Prompts report. It shows the average number of prompts submitted by each user, calculated by dividing the total number of prompts by the total number of unique users. Includes all interactions across sessions to reflect user engagement levels.

• A Quick check step has been added to the Settings > Scan to validate permissions, roles, and configurations before data collection, minimizing setup errors.

• The Scan Status page now provides real-time monitoring of scan status and progress, the next scheduled scan time, and error alerts. If a scan fails, the report containing historical data will display a banner message indicating the issue, allowing the administrator to troubleshoot promptly.

• Temporary AvePoint support accounts that were added via the Invite support feature for tyGraph now can access the AvePoint tyGraph interface for troubleshooting with restricted view permission.
