In the October 2024 release of tyGraph for Pulse, we’ve made significant updates to enhance user experience and data insights. This version includes the renaming of key measures for better clarity, such as Yammer to Viva Engage, and improvements in existing calculations. We’ve introduced new parameters and measure groups, including Modern Sharing and Modern Working Out Loud, to provide more detailed and actionable insights. Additionally, we’ve added several new measures to help you better understand user activities and storage usage. These enhancements aim to provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience, enabling advanced data exploration and more effective adoption change management.

• Renamed Measures

  • Yammer has been renamed to Viva Engage.

  • OneDrive - Internal Shares is now OneDrive - Files Shared Internally.

  • SharePoint - Shared Internally is now SharePoint - Files Shared Internally.

    This parameter is used to filter the Date table and any activity table with a DataAsOf column. It uses query folding so it's performant on refresh.

  • Total Files Shared Internally: The total number of files shared internally across OneDrive and SharePoint.

  • OneDrive - Files Shared Internally: The percentage of total files shared internally that are shared via OneDrive.

  • Unique People Without Internal Sharing: The count of users who do not share any files internally

  • People with Heavy OneDrive Sharing: The count of users who share a high percentage of their files via OneDrive.

  • People with Heavy OneDrive Sharing %: The percentage of users who share a high percentage of their files via OneDrive.

  • People with Healthy Sharing: The count of users who share files internally without exceeding a specified threshold.

  • People with Healthy Sharing %: The percentage of people who share files internally in a balanced manner.

  • People Sharing In OneDrive Only: The count of users who share files only via OneDrive and not SharePoint.

  • People Sharing In OneDrive Only %: The percentage of users who share files only via OneDrive.

  • % People Working Out Loud: The percentage of users actively engaging in public conversations or activities.

  • Teams - Messages: The total number of messages sent in Teams, including both channel and private messages.
