Release Date for the Commercial Environment: April 13, 2025

• The left navigation pane in AvePoint tyGraph has been optimized with the following key changes:

  • The Help section is renamed to Help & Resources and now includes What’s new.

  • The Users section is renamed to User management.

• Report center updates:

  • The clear data mode is now available for users to view clear data that is typically obfuscated for data privacy.

  • The Site details page in the Sites that I own report has been improved to include new charts to analyze file and site activities, categorized by various properties.

  • The Active users report has been improved to include the Application interactions charts, providing insights into Copilot interactions across various Microsoft applications.

  • The Copilot prompts report is now available in Report center, enabling you to understand user interactions with Copilot by identifying popular prompt topics and classifying the type of prompt.

• When configuring user permissions for reports in the Report center in User Management, you can now choose whether to grant users or groups permission to view clear data in reports that contain obfuscated data.

• The Copilot prompt exclusion feature is now available, allowing administrators to exclude specific users or sensitive phrases from the Copilot prompts report. This helps protect privacy and ensures reports show only relevant data.

• The Publishing benchmarking report is now available in Intranet Benchmarking, providing insights into your organization's content publishing performance (such as news posts, page publications) compared to global averages. This can help you understand how your organization's activity performance compares to industry standards.
