Release Date for the Commercial Environment: December 7, 2025

• Added the Site sponsor role, enabling administrators to share Site overview reports to users who are not owners of sites. You can assign this role in User management.

• Added the Recheck button on the Precheck page to re-run prerequisites checks and verify that all required conditions for data collection are still met.

• The following improvements are now available in Report center:

  • The Agents report is now available in Copilot adoption, providing a comprehensive overview of AI agent usage, covering agent activity, detailed agent metrics (usage, trends, top users, file access by sensitivity label), user engagement, pay-as-you-go activity, and file access rankings by agent.

  • The Viva Engage report name has been changed from Community insights to Community overview. This updated report now offers more comprehensive analytics. To view the detailed report for a specific community, click the community's name.

• The following improvements are now available in Scan > Report status:

  • Specify modules and configure settings to automatically send email notifications when data scanning is delayed.

  • Select a user property configured in the Power RLS settings to limit data visibility to only the information associated with that property.
