The following features are in preview in the AvePoint tyGraph insider environment, and they will be available in the commercial environment on the general availability dates. For additional technical information on the new functionality and known issues in this release, see the Release Notes.

• AvePoint tyGraph now supports signing in with Okta.

• Standard users can now have the option to opt out of having their user information collected for reports when the tenant-level data privacy setting is configured as "Obfuscate".

• You can now Enable precheck and data collection failure notification to send notifications when precheck conditions are not met or data collection fails.

• Added Microsoft 365 E7 users not using agents charts to the Copilot adoption > Agents report to help identify usage patterns and understand license utilization.

• Enhancements in Copilot Power BI Report:

  • Updated existing visuals to use Agent Name from the inventory table.

  • Updated the logic for the New Agent Flag in the Trending Agents table.

    • Previously, the logic used data from the activity table. If an agent had activity during the Trend Period but no activity prior to the Trend Period, the agent was marked as a new agent.

    • The updated logic now uses Created Time or First Activity Date from the Agent inventory table. If Created Time is blank, the report will use First Activity Date to determine whether the agent is newly created or newly active within the Trend Period.

  • Added the Agent Detail drill-through page.

  • Added the Unlicensed User Activity page.

  • Added the Unlicensed Users – User Detail drill-through page.
