    Global Search

    You can search for mappings / projects / tags / migration policies / connections across Fly by entering keywords of the object in the search box at the top of each page. The object matches the keyword will be displayed in the search results. You can click the Mappings / Active Directory mappings / Projects / Tags / Migration policies / Connections tab to view the related results, or click View all to access the Global search page to view all search results.

    View Notifications

    You can view notifications of system events in the Notifications window by clicking the Notifications (Button: Notification button.) button in the upper-right corner of any page. When you have new unread notifications, a blue circle will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the Notifications (Button: Notification button.) button.

    Access Additional Fly Documentation

    To access the Release Notes (What’s new), User Guide, Migration Process Guide, Troubleshooting Guide, or Support Lists, click Help in the left pane and click the corresponding guide name to access the guide.

    Invite Support

    You can click Help > Invite support to invite a member of AvePoint Technical Support to help troubleshoot issues in AvePoint Online Services. Refer to for details.

    Submit Feedback

    You can click Help > Submit feedback to submit your feedback for Fly in AvePoint Online Services. Refer to for details.

    Integration with AVA

    Fly offers integration with AvePoint’s Virtual Assistant (AVA). You can click the chat (Button: Ask Ava) button in the lower-right corner and try to chat with AVA and get some instructions.
