    Generate Report

    After the migration jobs are finished, you can generate migration reports or error reports to your local for analysis. Refer to the following instructions to generate reports:

    - To generate migration reports, refer to the following steps: 1. Select one or multiple projects. 2. Click **Generate report** and then click **Generate migration report**. 3. Select the report type you want to generate. - **Mappings summary** – The summary report summarizes the source and destination mapping information, job information, and object counts in the migration jobs. The summary report cannot be deselected. - **Object details** – The detailed report summarizes the migration details of objects in all mappings. You can select this to generate the object details report together with the summary report. You can also select this to generate a detailed report for objects with specific statuses only.

    ■ Filtered out objects■ Objects that were filtered out of the migration scope.
    ■ Not found (deleted from source)■ Objects failed in the last migration job and were deleted from the source after the last migration job.
    ■ Objects with exceptions■ Objects finished with exceptions in migration jobs.
    ■ Objects with ignored errors■ Objects that were configured to ignore their errors in the last migration job.
    ■ Skipped objects■ Objects that were skipped in migration jobs.
    ■ Successful objects■ Objects finished without errors in migration jobs.
    ■ Unsupported objects■ Objects that are unsupported in the migration.
    4. Select a report file type to be generated. - **CSV** **(recommended format as reports can be large)** – The reports will be generated as CSV files. With **CSV** selected, the object details report will be generated as multiple CSV files based on data types. - **Excel** – The reports will be generated as Excel files. With **Excel** selected, the object details report will be generated as one Excel file, including all data types. 5. Click **Generate** to generate migration reports. You can view the job progress and download the reports in [Download Center](#missing-link). - To generate error reports, refer to the following steps: - > ***Note**: This function is only available for project level. 1. Select one or multiple projects. You can select projects of different types simultaneously. 2. Click **Generate report** and then click **Generate** **error** **report**. 3. Select a report file type to be generated. - **CSV** **(recommended** **format as reports can be large)** – The report will be generated as a CSV file. - **Excel** – The report will be generated as an Excel file. 4. Click **Generate** to generate error reports. The error information will be merged into one report in the generation job. You can view the job progress and download the report in [Download Center](#missing-link).

    *Note: For all modules, if you select to generate object details and the mapping summary, a summary report and an object report of the corresponding module will be generated by default. For site-related modules, such as Teams and Groups, in addition to these two reports, reports of related sites can also be generated. Taking Teams as an example, if a team has a related team site and a team mailbox, reports of mailbox objects, site objects, site configurations, and site security will also be generated.
