The Fly dashboard allows you to quickly create migration projects for the following Microsoft 365 and Google workspaces, view your recent migrations from the workspaces, and check the status of your purchased subscriptions.

You can select a workspace (e.g., Exchange Online) to view its information. Data in the Recent projects, Recent migrations, and Subscription status tables will be updated to that workspace.

• Recent projects – This table lists the workspace’s five migration projects that have been recently modified, within which the mappings are classified according to their migration status. You can click the number other than zero in a column to view the information of mappings of the corresponding status. The information includes the source, destination, stage, updated time, error count, and last migration status of mappings. To view the information of all mappings in the project, you can click the project name. You can also click View all to access all projects across different workspaces.

  To know about the mappings of a project, refer to the View and Understand Mappings section of the workspace’s user guide. For example, refer to View and Understand Mappings for Exchange Online.

• Recent migrations – This table lists the workspace’s five mappings that have run migrations recently, including Full migration, Incremental migration, and Retry error objects. You can click the source email address of a mapping to view the mapping’s source data scan report and migration reports.

  You can also click the Finished or Errors tab to only show the mappings of which the migration has finished or errors.

• Subscription status – This table lists the subscription status you purchased for the workspace.

  If the chart is displayed in green, it means your user seats / objects (mailboxes) are sufficient after checking the source. You can click the download button to download the objects that have been migrated.

  

  If the chart is displayed in red, it means your user seats / objects (mailboxes) are insufficient. You can contact your AvePoint representative to purchase more user seats / objects (mailboxes). You can click the download button to download the objects that have been migrated.

  

  If you have purchased the subscription for global objects of your tenant, you will see a Global objects tab displaying the total consumption status. You can click the download button to download the objects that have been migrated from the workspaces.
