There are some notes need your attention:
If the destination is a shared drive, make sure the shared drive exists in the destination. Otherwise, the migration job will fail.
If there are multiple user drives or shared drives with the same name in the destination, the migration job will fail.
If there are user drives and shared drives with the same name in the destination, the object will be migrated to destination shared drives.
Select the object level for the source objects. If the destination is SharePoint Online, you also need to select the object level for the destination objects.
Select a migration Method for the mapping to define how to migrate the source objects.
Merge – Select this option to migrate all content in the source object to the destination object.
Attach – Select this option to migrate the source object to the destination as a child under the destination object.
