    Working with Exchange PowerShell

In Fly, Exchange PowerShell is required for the following specific circumstances:

    - Exchange Online tenant discovery. - Load archive mailboxes. - Create shared mailboxes and resource mailboxes in the destination. - Migrate permissions of mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail-enabled security groups. - Required for the source: Migrate distribution groups/mail-enabled security groups in the migration plan. Enable email forwarding. - Required for the destination: Keep X500 email addresses to the destination.

*Note: Mappings involving the Enable email forwarding action or the Add X500 email address to destination mailboxes action can only be run sequentially, as concurrent execution is not supported.

When you use the app profile only for Exchange Online, make sure your app has the Exchange Administrator role. Refer to How to Assign the Exchange Administrator Role to an App? for instructions.
