Create a Project

A migration project allows you to better organize and migrate multiple Teams chat users all in one. After you create a project, the project will be listed on the Projects page, where mappings created within the project will be classified according to their migration status.

Click the project name, or Mappings link to view all migration mappings in this project. Clicking the number of the status column value of a project will take you to view the corresponding mappings.

*Note: The count of Mappings only includes Not completed, Finished, Exceptions, Failed, Stopped, but does not include In progress, In queue, or Scheduled.

    - **Not** **completed** – The mapping does not have any completed migration jobs. - **Finished** – The last migration job of the mapping has finished without errors. - **Exceptions** – The last migration job of the mapping has finished with exceptions. - **Failed** – The last migration job of the mapping has failed. - **Stopped** – The last migration job of the mapping has been stopped. If you rerun the stopped mapping, the migration will start from the beginning. > ***Note**: If the migration job of a mapping is stopped while waiting in queue or stopped without any migrated data, the mapping will not be counted to **Stopped**, and is still counted according to its last migration job status. - **In progress** – The current migration job of the mapping is running. - **In** **queue** – The migration operator has run the current migration job for the mapping, but the job needs to wait in queue to be started. - **Scheduled** – The current migration job of the mapping has been configured with a schedule to be started.
