When using Fly to perform Exchange On-Premises migrations, you need to for the source Exchange On-Premises to connect AvePoint Online Services to the destination Exchange Online. Also, make sure the on-premises service account meets the following requirements:

| ApplicationImpersonation role or Full Access permission to source mailboxes in the migration | To add the ApplicationImpersonation role, refer to How to Add Roles to the Account? for details.If you do not migrate auto-complete lists in the migration, you can grant the Full Access permission without adding the ApplicationImpersonation role.If you use the Exchange hosted by Rackspace, contact your Rackspace Support and ask them to provide the service account for the full “Impersonation rights” on all mailboxes. |
