    Manage Rules

    In the Terms and rules > Rules section, you can create and manage rules.

    *Note: If you have a trial subscription for Opus, there are some limitations:

    - You can archive up to 5 GB of data. - For storage optimization module rules, the following rule actions are unavailable: - Under the **Archive and destroy content** **rule** action, **Keep the current and the** **specified** **number of previous versions, and archive and** **destroy** **the rest** and **Archive the current and the number of previous versions** - The **Destroy** **content** rule action and its sub rule actions including **Keep the current version and the number of previous versions** and **Include declared records**.
