Admin Audit

    Admin audit reports detailed information of activities performed within AvePoint Opus within a specified time frame. The detailed information is displayed in the format of diagrams and tables.

    You can view the detailed information of activities in the following ways:

    - **Time frame** – Select a provided time frame or customize a time frame. Activities that occurred within the specified time frame will be displayed. To customize a time frame, click **Custom**, select a **start date** and **end date**, and click **OK**. - **Diagram** ‒ To customize an activity diagram, click **Diagram**, and complete the following steps: - Bar chart ‒ Click the bar chart view (![Button: bar chart view](/en/avepoint-opus/reporting/images/image185.png "Button: bar chart view")) button. All activities performed within AvePoint Opus will be displayed in a bar chart. - Line chart ‒ Click the line chart view (![Button: line chart view](/en/avepoint-opus/reporting/images/image186.png "Button: line chart view")) button. All activities performed within AvePoint Opus will be displayed in a line chart. You can customize the activity diagram by the vertical axis for the bar chart view and the horizontal axis for the line chart view. - **Details** ‒ Display the detailed activities performed in the time frame specified for the diagram. You can click **Manage** **columns** to customize the columns that will be displayed in the activity table. Select or deselect the checkboxes next to the column names and click **OK**. The selected column names will be displayed in the activity table.

    You can click Export report to export the audits.
