Before managing Box content, you need to create connection groups as container of connections and create connections to browse the structure. For more information, refer to Configure Connections.

To manage Box content (files only), you need to perform the following operations in order:

1. Configure term settings on a tree node to choose how to classify the content.

2. Run a Content synchronization for search job to synchronize content from Box to AvePoint Opus and apply the configured term settings at the same time. Therefore, rules associated with the configured terms will be applied to the content.

3. Run an Enforce rule actions job to enforce rule actions on content to manage the Box content.
