    For Microsoft 365

    Discovery and analysis helps you find inactive and ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, Trivial) data in your SharePoint and/or OneDrive environment, analyze the data size, and then report the inactive and ROT data to you. You can take actions to archive or destroy the inactive and ROT data to achieve your storage optimization goals.

    If you have a trial subscription for Opus, there are some limitations:

    - Site collection limit: you can scan up to 5 site collections. - Scan capacity: you can conduct up to 3 scans, with a total data limit of 100 GB. - Further actions: you cannot archive or destroy the inactive data and ROT data.
