The Projection report displays the predicted storage growth rate for over next 36 months, the storage budget you’ll need to pay over the next 36 months, and the digital carbon footprint that you can reduce by destroying your digital data.

Besides, for a given month, you can find how much storage space will be taken up and how much you’ll need to pay for storage each month. Therefore, optimizing your data as soon as possible will save you a lot.

The Progress report displays the data optimization progress, including the analyzed data size and file count, the file size and version size that will be archived or destroyed in the next job, and the size of the data that has already been archived or destroyed. You can view the data optimization progress by container view and by site collection view.

The Planned report displays all scheduled jobs of archiving or destroying data. If you do not want a specific job to start, select the job, and then click Cancel.
