#Run Simulate Jobs

Before running a Storage optimization job to make actual changes, you can run a Simulate job. This Simulate job will report the content that meets the configured rules, allowing you to verify that the correct content has been identified. This ensures that the actual process only affects the intended data, minimizing the risk of errors or unintended data loss.

Select a sites container node from the tree and then click Simulate to immediately run a Simulate job to report all content that meets the configured rules.
