Export to PDFIn the Job monitor section, you can view the status and details of jobs, download reports, and view reports.
You can customize how your jobs are displayed as below:
You can perform the following actions in Job monitor. Click Refresh to refresh the Job monitor page regularly.
View Details
To view details of a job, click the job ID.
Delete a Job
Select one or more jobs by selecting the corresponding checkboxes and click Delete. A confirmation window will appear to confirm that you want to proceed with the deletion. Click OK to delete the selected jobs.
Stop a Job
Select the running job that you want to stop by selecting the corresponding checkbox and click Stop. A confirmation window will appear. Click OK to stop the selected job.
*Note: Opus does not support stopping an Enforce Rule Actions job.
Download Report
Select the corresponding checkboxes next to the jobs you want to download and click Download report. A Download job report job will start for each selected job.
Show Report
The Show report page displays the details of reports that are generated in Content Due for Action Report, Term Usage Report, Creation and Destruction Report, or Available Space Report.
On the Show report page, you can complete the following steps to customize the report details that you want to view and export:
Profile name ‒ All profiles created in the Content Due for Action Report or Term Usage Report are listed here. Select a profile from the Profile name drop-down list.
Report generation time ‒ All start times of the report generating jobs for the selected profile will be listed here. By default, the latest job’s start time will be displayed in the Report Generation Time text box. Select a report generation time from the Report generation time drop-down list to specify which job of the profile you want to view.
Manage columns ‒ All columns that can be displayed in the report table are listed here. To manage the columns that will be displayed in the report details table, click Manage columns, select or deselect the checkboxes next to the column names, and then click OK. The selected columns will be displayed in the table.
Search ‒ Enter keywords in the Search text box and click the Search button to search for the corresponding report records.
Action type ‒ Choose created/destroyed items that will be reported. This field appears only when a creation and destruction report job is selected.
Export report ‒ After finishing configuring the Show Report settings, you can click Export report to export the current report. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.
Configure Download Settings
To define the location where the job reports will be downloaded, complete the steps below to configure download settings:
Click Download settings. The Download settings panel appears.
Where would you like to download job reports – Select an option:
Download to download center – If you select this option, job reports will be downloaded to the download center. You can download the file from the download center to your local.
Download to an export location – Select an export location. When you download job reports, a Download job report job will start for each selected job to download the job reports to the selected export location. The supported storage types: SFTP and Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
Click Save.
AvePoint Opus allows up to four jobs to run concurrently, excluding Enforce Rule Actions jobs. Any additional jobs that are waiting to be executed will appear on the Job queue page. As soon as one of the running jobs completes, the next job in the queue will begin automatically. Click Refresh to update the list of jobs shown on the Job queue page.
By default, all jobs in the queue are assigned with normal priority and are executed according to their sequence number. If you need a specific job to run before others, you can change its priority. To do so, select the job, click Edit priority, select a desired priority level, and then click Save.
To delete jobs, select one or multiple jobs, and click Delete to delete the selected jobs. A warning message will appear confirming the deletion. Click OK to proceed with the deletion or click Cancel to return to the Job queue page without deleting the jobs.
Failed jobs during archiving will generate orphaned data in your storage locations. AvePoint Opus will list these jobs on the Delete orphaned data page, which allows you to delete the generated orphaned data to reduce storage costs and prevent future occurrences.
*Note: Please contact AvePoint Support to enable this feature in the backend if you have encountered a failed job.
Select one or multiple jobs and click Delete orphaned data to delete the orphaned data generated by the selected jobs. A warning message will appear confirming the deletion. Click OK to proceed with the deletion or click Cancel to return to the Delete orphaned data page without the deletion.
