Based on whether to enable classification with terms, you can manage OneDrive content with or without terms.

Manage OneDrive Content with Terms

To manage OneDrive content with terms, you need to perform the following operations in order:

1. Configure term settings on a tree node to choose how to classify content.

2. Run a Content synchronization for search job to synchronize content from OneDrive to AvePoint Opus and apply the configured term settings at the same time, and therefore, rules associated with terms will be applied to the content.

3. Run an Enforce rule actions job to enforce rule actions on content to manage the content.

Manage OneDrive Content without Terms

To manage OneDrive content without terms, you need to perform the following operations in order:

1. Create rules on a tree node to define the content that you want to manage.

2. Run an Enforce rule actions job to enforce rule actions on content to manage the content.
