Export to PDFYou can import document level term settings and manual approval settings of sites containers, site collections, sites, lists/libraries, and folders.
Refer to the following steps to import content source settings:
Navigate to Content sources > SharePoint Online.
Click Import content source settings.
In the right panel, click Download template. The template in the name of Import Content Source Settings for SharePoint Online is downloaded to the download location of your current browser.
Complete the template with custom content source settings. There are several examples for your reference.
After finishing preparing the template, click browse to import the template to AvePoint Opus.
An Import content source settings job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details.
While using the template to import content source settings, please note the following:
The combination of Site collection, Site, List/Library, and Folder column values will be the URL of the object where you want to customize document level term settings.
*Note: To get the URL of a folder, you can open the details pane and click the Copy direct link (
) button to the right of Path.
If a list/library/folder exists in the top-level site, enter a period as the Site column value.
If the object is a list, enter Lists/ before the list name as the List/Library column value, for example, Lists/list1.
To successfully import the document level term settings, make sure the defined term scope and default term exist in AvePoint Opus.
If the defined default term is not the first-tier term under the defined term scope, enter the term path to help find the exact default term.
