Export to PDFTo configure settings for the Teams & Groups content source, you must first Upgrade to New Teams & Groups Content Source.
For the Information Lifecycle module, the management of Teams & Groups is handled through SharePoint Online, using the same rule criteria and rule actions as those applied to SharePoint Online.
*Note: Managing the Team/Group itself is not supported under the Information Lifecycle module.
To manage Teams & Groups content, you need to perform the following operations in order:
Configure settings on a tree node to classify the content.
To manage documents, you need to configure column settings to define a classification column and configure document-level term settings to classify the content with terms.
To manage containers, you need to configure container-level term settings to classify the container-level objects with term ID.
Run an Apply settings job to apply the configured settings to content. Therefore, rules associated with the configured terms will be applied to the content.
Run an Enforce rule actions job to enforce rule actions on content to manage the content.
