Export to PDFThe Cloud Governance Panel is a panel that displays key information of a site, such as ownership, metadata, and available service requests. The Cloud Governance Panel can be manually added to sites. It can also be automatically deployed via Create Site services.
You can choose what information will be displayed on the Cloud Governance Panel.
In Settings, click Cloud Governance Panel Management in the Workspace group.
In the Cloud Governance Panel Management window, configure the following settings in Cloud Governance Panel for Site:
Basic properties – Choose one or more of the following properties that will be displayed on the Properties tab: Primary site contact, and Secondary site contact.
Metadata – The Metadata tab will be displayed on the Cloud Governance Panel. Select one or more metadata fields from the drop-down list.
Start a Request – The Start a Request tab will be displayed on the Cloud Governance Panel. Filter the services that will be displayed on the Start a Request tab by selecting service categories and service names.
Click Save to save the configurations, or click Cancel to return to the Settings page without saving any changes.
