#Reports and Dashboard

AvePoint Cloud Governance provides the following reports and dashboard for you to monitor activities in AvePoint Cloud Governance, as well as all Microsoft 365 workspaces managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance.

• Monitoring Reports ‒ Use reports to view and manage all requests, tasks, and recertification reports created by and assigned to any user.

• Audit Reports ‒ Use reports to monitor AvePoint Cloud Governance user activities, service request activities, approval process activities, and Microsoft 365 workspace activities:

• Administration Reports ‒ Use reports to view basic information on all site collections, sites, Microsoft 365 users, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Microsoft Teams managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance.

• Dashboard ‒ Use bar charts, line charts, and pie charts to monitor your site collections, Microsoft 365 users, AvePoint Cloud Governance user activities, and AvePoint Cloud Governance tasks.
