#Team, Group, and Community Report

The Team, Group, and Community Report provides a list of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, Viva Engage communities managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance, and the corresponding information. You can customize how the report displays the data by configurable criteria.

To access Team, Group, and Community Report, click Team, Group, and Community Report in the Administration Reports group.

To have additional administrative and reporting functionality for further management on teams, groups, and communities, you can go to Workspace report in the modern Cloud Governance admin center. For more instructions, refer to Workspace Report.

#Filter and Generate Team, Group, and Community Report

To filter and generate team, group, and community report, complete the following steps:

1. Click Set Filter on the ribbon to customize the report. You can set filters for Name, Status, Owners/Admins, Lease Expiration Time, and Created Time.

2. To set new filter rules, click Reset, and the previous filter rules are cleared to the default ones.

3. Click Generate Report to retrieve data for your report. You can also click Export to Datasheet to export the report to a local path or an export location. For more information on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.

#Export Team, Group, and Community Reports

To export the currently displayed groups/teams/communities, click Export Report on the ribbon. For instructions on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
