Service Request Report

Service Request Report provides detailed information for all of the submitted service requests. The report gives you overall usage information of service requests, which you can gather for IT chargeback and budgeting.

To access Service Request Report, click Service Request Report in the Audit Reports group.

You can filter, generate, and export the reports:

Filter and Generate Service Request Reports

To filter and generate service request reports, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Set Filter on the ribbon to customize the report. You can set filters for Service Type, Service Name, Requester, Assign To, Time Range.

  2. To set new filter rules, click Reset and the previous filter rules are cleared to the default ones.

  3. Click Generate Report to retrieve data for your report. You can also click Export to Datasheet to export the report to a local path or an export location. For more information on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.

To export the currently displayed reports, click Export Report on the ribbon. For instructions on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
