#Microsoft 365 Workspace Activity Report

Microsoft 365 Workspace Activity Report provides detailed information on the actions that users performed on Microsoft 365 workspaces within AvePoint Cloud Governance. Currently, the report allows you to view details of the renewal and apply policy activities on site collections, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Microsoft Teams.

To access Microsoft 365 Workspace ActivityReport, click Microsoft 365 Workspace ActivityReport in the Audit Reports group.

You can filter, generate, and export the reports:

To filter and generate Microsoft 365 workspace activity reports, complete the following steps:

1. Click Set Filter on the ribbon to customize the report. You can set filters for Workspace URL, Workspace Name, Workspace Type, Initiated By, Activity, Activity Time, Status, and Details.

2. To set new filter rules, click Reset and the previous filter rules are cleared to the default ones.

3. Click Generate Report to retrieve data for your report. You can also click Export to Datasheet to export the report to a local path or an export location. For more information on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.

To export the currently displayed reports, click Export Report on the ribbon. For instructions on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
