Export to PDFSite Report provides a list of sites managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance and the corresponding information, such as site URL, title, site template, primary site contact, and secondary site contact. You can customize how the report displays the data by configurable criteria.
To access Site Report, click Site Report in the Administration Reports group.
You can filter, generate, and export the reports:
To filter and generate a site report, complete the following steps:
Click Set Filter on the ribbon to customize the report. You can set filters for URL, Site Template, Status, and Primary Site Contact.
To set new filter rules, click Reset and the previous filter rules are cleared to the default ones.
Click Generate Report to retrieve data for your report. You can also click Export to Datasheet to export the report to a local path or an export location. For more information on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
To export the currently displayed sites, click Export Report on the ribbon. For instructions on exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
In Site Report, you can remove specific sites and all related information from AvePoint Cloud Governance.
Complete the following steps to remove sites from Cloud Governance:
Select one or more sites, and then click Remove from Cloud Governance on the ribbon.
In the pop-up window, select the I agree that everything related to the selected workspaces will be removed from AvePoint Cloud Governance option to agree to the removal of the selected sites.
Click OK to remove the sites from Cloud Governance.
