    Configure Scheduled Report Export Settings

    The Scheduled Report Export Settings allow you to export the Site Collection Report, Site Report, Team and Group Report, and User Activity Report on a schedule.

    To access Scheduled Report Export Settings, navigate to Settings and click Scheduled Report Export Settings in the System group.

    In the Scheduled Report Export Settings window, configure the following settings:

    1. Select the reports that you want to export on schedule.

    2. If you want to export multiple reports to the same location on the same schedule, you can enable the Use the default export settings option for each report and configure the Default export settings:

    3. Select a report export location from the drop-down list or click Add New Location to create a new one.

    4. Set the schedule by entering a number in the text box and selecting Day(s), Week(s), or Month(s) as the unit of time.

    5. If you want to export reports to different locations or on different schedules, configure a separate location and schedule for each report.

    6. Click Save on the ribbon to save your configurations.

    NOTE

    If you have set filters for Site Collection Report, Site Report, Team and Group Report, or User Activity Report, the filters will also be applied to the exported reports.
