Blocked Email Notifications

The AvePoint Cloud Governance email notifications that are blocked according to the Delay Email Notification Delivery Setting are displayed here. The email notifications include notifications about the following tasks:

  • Site collection lease expiration task

  • Site collection inactivity threshold task

  • Site collection quota threshold task

  • Election task generated upon site collection contact deactivation

  • Site collection renewal task

  • Microsoft 365 Group/Microsoft Team renewal task

You can choose to send the blocked email notifications or delete the items from the report.

To access Blocked Email Notifications, click Blocked Email Notifications in the Monitoring Reports group within Settings. To exit, click Back on the ribbon.

Send or Delete Blocked Email Notifications

To send or delete the blocked email notifications, complete the following steps:

  • Send Email – Select one or more items and click Send Email on the ribbon. The email notifications you selected will be sent to the corresponding recipients. The items will be deleted from the report.

  • Delete – Select one or more items and click Delete on the ribbon. A pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click OK to confirm. The blocked email notifications will not be sent to the recipients and the items will be permanently deleted from the report.

Filter and Generate Blocked Email Notification Report

To filter and generate blocked email notifications reports, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Set Filter on the ribbon to customize the report. You can set filters for Notification Type and Notification Time.

  2. To set new filter rules, click Reset and the previous filter rules are cleared to the default ones.

  3. Click Generate Report to retrieve data for your report. You can also click Export to Datasheet to export the report to a local path or an export location. For more information about exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.

Export Blocked Email Notification Reports

To export the currently displayed blocked email notification reports, click Export Report on the ribbon. For instructions about exporting the report, refer to Export Reports.
